In addition to this, Chennai Unified Metropolitan Transport Authority (CUMTA) has plans to maximize the use of station space and promote commercial development. The report is expected to be completed in 4-5 months and the takeover of the MRTS is expected within the next 2 months. The goal of all these improvements is to integrate the MRTS with the Chennai Metro Rail system to make it easier for commuters to move around the city.

Report 4-5 months mein complete hone ki ummeed hai aur MRTS ka takeover aagle 2 months mein hone ki ummeed hai. In sabhi improvements ka maqsad MRTS ko Chennai Metro Rail system se integrate karna hai taki commuters ke liye city mein aane-jane mein asani ho.
