Train collision in Punjab injures two loco pilots: ‘Engine hit a passenger train’

Two goods trains collided near Madhopur in Sirhind, Punjab on Sunday morning. The collision injured two loco pilots, Vikas Kumar and Himanshu Kumar. and hit a passenger train. Both pilots have been admitted to Sri Fatehgarh Sahib Civil Hospital, with Vikas Kumar suffering head injuries and Himanshu Kumar suffering back injuries. They have been referred to Rajindra Hospital in Patiala. Fortunately, there were no fatalities reported.

Dono pilots ko Sri Fatehgarh Sahib Civil Hospital mein admit kiya gaya hai, Vikas Kumar ko sir mein aur Himanshu Kumar ko peeth mein chot lagi hai. Unhe Patiala ke Rajindra Hospital mein refer kiya gaya hai. Khushi ki baat hai ki is accident mein koi jaan nahin gayi.
