Road transport and highways, jo ki 60% projects ke liye zimmedar hai, unka cost overrun ratio 23.7% tha. Time overruns ke peeche land acquisition, environmental clearances, financial issues, contractual problems, manpower shortages, aur litigation jaise karan hain. Iske bawajood, April mein 61 projects complete hue aur 29 new projects start hue.
