for operating the highest number of trains at 130 km/h. Out of the 360 passenger trains operating in the division, 324 now run at a maximum speed of 130 km/h, representing 90% of the total. The Modi government has been actively working on 'Mission Raftaar' since its second term. This project aims to increase the maximum speed of passenger trains on the Delhi-Howrah and Delhi-Mumbai routes to 160 km/h. The installation of Kavach, an indigenous Train Collision Avoidance System, is also being implemented rapidly.

Modi government apne dusre term se hi 'Mission Raftaar' pe kaam kar raha hai. Is project ka maqsad Delhi-Howrah aur Delhi-Mumbai route pe passenger trains ki maximum speed 160 km/h kar dena hai. Kavach, ek indigenous Train Collision Avoidance System, ka installation bhi tez chal raha hai.
