se attendant par itna bada danda ho sakta hai. Dusre passengers ne apne anubhav share kiye, kuchh log salary cut pe shak jataye aur kuchh ne railway staff ki kam staff aur zyada kaam ki baat batayi. Ek passenger ne yeh bhi kaha ki pehle attendant se baat karni chahiye aur app pe complain karna aakhri option rakhna chahiye.
