The travelogue must be written in Hindi, between 3000 and 3500 words, typed double-spaced with a one-inch margin on all sides and page numbers. Participants must submit a separate sheet with their name, designation, age, address, mother tongue, mobile number, email, and word count of the travelogue. Participants working in central or state government services must submit a declaration stating that they do not have any pending or ongoing vigilance/disciplinary/appeal cases against them. Non-government employees must submit a declaration stating that they are not involved in any criminal case and are not serving any sentence. Additionally, all participants must declare that the travelogue is their original work and has not been awarded in any other scheme. Participants can submit their entries in two copies by July 31st to the Assistant Director, Hindi (Training), Room No. 316, Cafmo Railway Office Complex, Tilak Bridge, ITO, New Delhi-110002.

more... jeetne wale participants mein ek ko pratham puraskar ke roop mein 10 hazar rupee, dvitiya puraskar ke roop mein aath hazar, tritiya puraskar ke roop mein chhe hazar rupee tatha panch ko prerana puraskar ke roop mein pratyek ko chaar hazar rupee aur prashati patra diya jaayega. Rules kya hai: Rail yatra vrtaant Hindi bhasha mein nyunatam 3000 aur adhiktam 3500 shabdon ka hona chahiye. Vrtaant double space mein type kiya hua tatha chaaron taraf ek-ek inch ka haasia chhutta hua aur page number ankit hona chahiye. Iske sath hi shabdon ki kul sankhya likhi honi chahiye. Vrtaant ke praarambh mein ek alag kagaj mein bade aksharon mein naam, padnaam, aayu, karyalay athava niwas ka pata, matribhasha, mobile number, e-mail tatha vrtaant ke shabdon ki sankhya aadi ka ullekh kiya jaana chahiye. Ismein bhaag lene ke ichchhuk kendriya athava rajya sarkar ki seva mein karyarat adhikariyon/karmchariyon ko is aashay ka ghoshana patra dena hoga ki unke viruddh kisi bhi prakar ka satarkta/anushaasan v appeal niyam se sambandhit mamla lambit ya vicharadheen nahin hai. Aavedak sarkari seva mein nahin hain, unhen is aashay ka ghoshana patra dena hoga ki unke khilaf na to kisi prakar ka aapraधिक मामला चल रहा है और न ही वे किसी प्रकार की सजा भुगत रहे हैं. Iske atirikt sabhi pratibhagiyon ko ghoshana patra mein yeh bhi ullekh karna hoga ki – ‘‘Sambandhit rail yatra vrtaant meri moulik rachna hai, ise kisi any puruskar yojana ke antargaat puruskar nahin kiya gaya hai.
