Rail ka target hai ki yeh nayi system is financial year mein start ho jaaye. Isse passengers ko bahut aasaan hoga travel karna. Public transport mein tickets aur payment ke tarike mein bahut badlaav aaya hai. Counter pe staff se ticket lene se lekar ticket vending machine, smart card, WhatsApp pe mobile se ticket lene ka option, aur automatic fare collection system tak, Hyderabad Metro mein yeh sab dekha ja chuka hai.
