Heavy rains have disrupted life in Lakhimpur Kheri district. Rivers including the Sharda are overflowing. Rain accompanied by strong winds has impacted rail services. Train operations on the Mailani-Palia rail line were suspended on Sunday due to waterlogging. All trains on this route were cancelled on Sunday.
