This issue has been ongoing for at least four months, with the sanitation department applying poison twice a week. While this effort is ongoing, there are concerns about the potential danger of weakened tracks due to rat burrows. The railway is trying to manage the situation, but the source of the infestation remains the northeast railway stations.

Railway officials ka maanana hai ki yeh chuhon purvai stations se trains me jaate hain aur Agra stations pe aa kar khana dhundhte hain. Yahan se unko khane ka bahut sa maal milta hai, jo ki passengers by waste karte hain. Yeh problem kam se kam four months se chali aa rahi hai aur sanitation department haftai me do baar davaa daal raha hai. Iske saath saath, track ke kamzor hone ka bhi khabar hai, kyunki chuhon ne bill banaa kar usko kamzor kiya hai. Railway yeh situation ko handle karne ki koshish kar rahi hai, lekin is problem ka source purvai stations se chalaa jaa raha hai.
