nine sections. The line will connect several towns like Darsi, Podili, Kanigiri, and Pamur to the railway network, providing a shorter route between Guntur and Tirupati. The project will also decongest other routes and serve as an alternate route during natural calamities. The railways have completed sections between New Piduguralla to Savalyapuram and Gundlakamma to Darsi. The Darsi-Kanigiri sections, 51.64 km long, are expected to be completed within a year, and the project will be commissioned without waiting for state funds.
