Authority (NHA) had set a deadline of July 2023 for completion. However, the work remained incomplete due to the absence of girders above the railway tracks. The NHA has finally secured a 2-hour railway block (from 3 PM to 5 PM) to allow for the placement of girders. Once the girders are placed on the bridge pillars, the road surface will be laid, making the bridge accessible to the public. A total of 6 girders will be placed on the bridge, requiring multiple blocks to complete the task. The NHA has stated that the construction will be completed soon.
