planning thi, lekin yeh implement nahi ho paya. Peak hours mein train frequency ko 3 minute se kam karke badhaya gaya tha, lekin isse overcrowding ki problem solve nahi ho payi. Passengers officials se demand kar rahe hain ki coaches ki number 3 se 6 kar diya jaaye, taaki congestion kam ho, khass karke morning peak hours mein.
