CCTV footage to identify and arrest him. They recovered a large backpack, a hat, two face masks, Rs. 3200, a mobile SIM, and a new SIM card from his possession. Khosla confessed to stealing purses and belongings from numerous women on trains. He sold some stolen items to a shopkeeper in Rourkela. Police investigations revealed that Khosla had engaged in theft and robbery in various states across India, including Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, and Delhi. The GRP confirmed his involvement in 37 cases through their investigation.
