A key project is the Thane-Borivali Twin Tunnel Project, which will receive INR 15,071 crores and significantly reduce travel time between Thane and Borivali. Other projects include the Thane Coastal Road, Eastern Freeway extension, elevated roads, creek bridges, and access roads. The loan covers 80% of the total project costs, with the remaining 20% funded by government grants and MMRDA contributions.
