board ne 1st October se line box ki jagah trolley bag lagane ka order diya tha, lekin railway workers ne iska virodh kiya. NE Railway Mazdoor Union ke Mandal Mantri, RN Garg ne bataya ki running staff ke line box ko band karne ka reason yeh tha ki yeh ek costly system tha. Lekin trolley bag mein saaman ko rakhna mushkil hai aur yeh gaurd ki efficiency ko bhi affect karta hai. Is issue pe All India Guard Council, NE Railway Mazdoor Union, and All India Mens Federation ne struggle ki. Line box ko hataane ke baad, Allahabad High Court ne railway administration ke order ko rok diya. Lekin phir bhi line box start nahin kiya gaya. Iske baad, court ne railway ke half dozen officers ko contempt notice issue kiya.
