bhi clear ho gaya hai. Karnal to Yamunanagar (61 km) aur Farrukhnagar to Jhajjar (30 km) rail line ke liye DPR taiyar ki ja rahi hai. DPR banne ke baad, Railway Ministry budget dega. Governor ne apne speech mein Kurukshetra mein 265 crore 18 lakh rupees ke elevated rail track ke construction ka bhi mention kiya.
