Sabse bada concern yeh hai ki Charlapalli station major trains ke liye primary terminal ban sakta hai, jisse Secunderabad, Nampally, ya Kacheguda jaise established stations bypass ho sakte hain. Isse city ke passengers ko bahut pareshani ho sakti hai.
