This conversation was recorded and shared on social media, leading to the keyman's dismissal by the railway administration. The keyman has been dismissed from service for revealing this information to the media without proper authorization, though some believe the dismissal was an attempt to cover up negligence by higher officials. The CRS report also criticizes the operational department, claiming the station master did not react swiftly enough to take control of the situation.

Gonda train accident se pehle hi, junior engineer ne Motigunj-Jhilahi station ke beech rail line mein technical gadbadi bataana railway ke keyman ko bhaari pad gaya hai. Internet media par keyman aur junior engineer ke beech baat-chit ka audio prasarit hone se khaar khaye railway prashasan ne keyman Aasne ko barakast kar diya. Saath hi saare rail sampatti aur rail aawas waapas karne ka disha-nirdesh jaari kar diya hai. Keyman ki barakastgi ko lekar karmachari sangathanon mein rosh hai. CRS report mein yeh bhi bataya gaya hai ki station master ne train ko control mein lene mein jaldi nahin dikhayi.
