24 ghante active hokar in shikayaton ko tatkal dur bhi kar rahi hai. 14 April ko, ek din mein 89 shikayaten aayi. 14 April ko Ratlam Mandal se sambandhit 89 shikayaten afsaron ko mili. In shikayaton mein yaatri suvidha, anaraksht ticket ke saath arakshit coach mein yatra, coach mein pani ki uplabdhta, suraksha, luggage/parcel, electrical equipment ki kharabi, refund sahit anya prakar ki shikayaten shamil hain. Ismein 11 chikitsa sahayta bhi sammilit hai. Ratlam Mandal ke Vaanijy Control ke, aur anya vibhag ke karmachariyon ke dilon dwara Mandal par chal rahi trains mein 89 mein se 80 shikayaton ka nipatara ek din mein kiya gaya. Vaanijy Control dwara is prakar Mandal se sambandhit lagabhag 90 percent prapt shikayaton ka nipatara kiya gaya. 14 April ko, Air Force ki FTR train ke liye medical sahayta ki mang aayi, jismein physician aur train mein hi ECG karwane ke baare mein likha gaya tha. Mandal dwara tatkal doctor aur team dwara yaatri ki jaanch aur ECG kar dawa di gayi. Mandal PRO Khemraj Meena ne bataya ki Mandal par shikayaton ka nipatara karne mein kaafi satarkata barti ja rahi hai. Shikayaton ko sheeghata se nipatan karne ka kaam bhi kiya ja raha hai. Chalti trains mein saaf-safai, pani ki uplabdhta, AC ki karyashiilta, linen ki uplabdhta, medical sahayta jaisi vibhinn prakar ki shikayaton aur sahayta ke liye tatpar hain. Tatha yaatriyon ko shikayat ka avsar na mile iske liye nirantar prayasarat hain.
