Project mein platform expansion bhi hai, jisme surfacing, shelters, separate parcel handling pathways, aur differently-abled individuals and elderly passengers ke liye 3 lifts bhi hai. Passengers ke liye platforms ke beech aasani se jaane ke liye 12 meter wide foot over bridge bhi banaaya ja raha hai. Rangapara North goods trains ke liye ek important station hai aur tea industry mein ek key role nibhata hai. Iska modernization se naye employment opportunities banenge, business prospects badhenge aur region mein tourism ko boost milega.
