Bengaluru-Mangaluru overnight express gets extended for the second time, from Kannur to Kozhikode

It was first extended to Kannur in 2009. yeh train Kozhikode 12:40 PM pe Thalassery, Vadakara, aur Quilandi par stops ke saath pahunchegi. Return train (No. 16512) Kozhikode se 3:30 PM pe chalta hai. Yeh extension Kerala mein train ke route ka dusra baar expand ho raha hai. Pehle yeh 2009 mein Kannur tak extend kiya gaya tha. Kozhikode tak train ko extend karne ka decision, pehle aise promises ke baavajood kiya gaya hai ki yeh nahi hoga, isse alag alag groups aur individuals ne criticism kiya hai, jo coastal Karnataka ke passengers ke liye dedicated seat quotas ki kami pe zor dete hain.
