The new track allows electric engine trains to travel at 160 km/h, making travel between Lucknow, Barabanki, Ayodhya and Varanasi more efficient. The doubling of the line eliminates the need for train delays on this route. Additionally, Barabanki is set to receive a new railway station, costing 37 crores, currently under construction.

Railway line doubling hone se is route pe train delays bhi nahi honge. Aur bhi, Barabanki ko ek naya railway station milega, jiska cost 37 crore rupees hai aur jiska construction chal raha hai.
