incident, Pramod Kumar, a gateman on the Bhatni-Gorakhpur route in Varanasi division, alerted the loco pilot about a noise coming from the engine of the Bihar Saptkranti train on March 25th, allowing for the train to be stopped and the technical issue addressed. Sandeep Jaiswal, a gatekeeper at Aunrihar station, noticed smoke coming from a wagon of a freight train on January 18th and alerted the station master, resulting in the train being stopped and the burning wagon being detached, preventing a potential fire.

taynaat technician Priyam ne jaldi se coach ko gaadi se nikalwaya. Priyam ki samajhdari se ek possible train accident se bach gaya. Varanasi division ke Bhatni-Gorakhpur route par crossing number 141C par, gateman Pramod Kumar ne 25 March ko Bihar Saptkranti ke engine se aawaz suni aur loco pilot ko inform kiya, jisse train ruk gayi aur technical problem fix kar di gayi. Aunrihar station par gatekeeper Sandeep Jaiswal ne 18 January ko ek malgadi ke pass ek wagon se dhuwan nikalte dekha aur station master ko bataya. Train rok kar, jalte hue wagon ko alag kar diya aur malgadi burn hone se bach gayi.
