The court criticized the railway administration for intentionally filing a withdrawal application through the then Assistant Security Commissioner, Railway Security Force, Divisional Security Commissioner, and Officer-in-Charge, Railway Security Force, Manduadih, and the then Public Prosecutor. The incident occurred after the railway administration closed the gate following the completion of the Manduadih overbridge. Local residents protested the closure of the underpass by obstructing the railway track, leading to the filing of a case against 25 people by the railway administration.

ki taraf se case withdraw karne ki request ko reject kiya tha. Court ne railway administration pe bhi ghanta comment kiya tha. Court ne kaha tha ki tab ke Assistant Security Commissioner, Railway Security Force, Divisional Security Commissioner, and Officer-in-Charge, Railway Security Force, Manduadih, aur tab ke Public Prosecutor ne jaan boojh ke case withdraw karne ka application diya tha. Manduadih overbridge ban kar chaloo hone ke baad railway administration ne gate band kar diya tha. Overbridge ke niche se aavagaan band hone ke virodh mein local logon ne railway track block karke protest kiya tha. Is case mein railway administration ne 25 logon ke khilaf case darj karaya tha.
