It will then depart from Kalakund at 3:34 PM and reach Patalpani at 4:30 PM. Travelers will have a two-hour stopover at Kalakund to explore the waterfall and surrounding mountains. The Western Central Railway has also extended the Indore-Mhow DEMU train to Patalpani, pending safety inspection by the Commissioner of Railway Safety. This extension requires a platform to be constructed at Patalpani to accommodate the broader gauge train.
