The OSD overseeing the project, Subhash Saklani, stated that some landowners have not completed the required formalities for structure removal, resulting in delays. However, the formalities are now complete, and removal orders will be issued soon. The cost of the trees has been determined, and tenders for their removal will be issued shortly.

more... शामिल है। अभी तक इस ज़मीन से 60% लोगों को ही मुआवज़ा मिला है। कब्जे न हटाने से रेलवे ट्रैक का काम अधर में लटका हुआ है। हिमाचल में रेलवे ट्रैक में 8 मकान आए हैं, जो अभी तक नहीं टूटे हैं। बिजली के तार ट्रैक के ऊपर से जा रहे हैं। इसके अलावा, 73 पेड़ भी हैं जो ट्रैक के बीच में खड़े हैं, जिनकी कीमत लगना बाकी है। इसके बाद ही ये काटे जाएंगे। आजकल प्लेटफ़ॉर्म, आवासीय कॉलोनी, रिंग रोड, अंडरपास का काम तेज़ चल रहा है, लेकिन पेड़, संरचना और भूमि मालिकों के कब्जे इस निर्माण कार्य में बाधा बन रहे हैं। कंपनी का ठेकेदार इसे 2025 में पूरा करना चाहता है, लेकिन जब तक उसे ज़मीन क्लियर नहीं मिलेगी, तब तक वह कैसे काम करेगा? ट्रैक के बीच में एक बगीचा भी आ रहा है। इस बगीचे में फलदार पेड़ खड़े हैं। कुछ लोगों ने पैसा भी ले लिया है, लेकिन अभी तक अपने कब्जे नहीं हटाए हैं। परियोजना देख रहे OSD सुभाष सकलानी ने बताया कि कुछ लोगों ने संरचना की औपचारिकताएं समय पर नहीं की, जिसके कारण अभी तक ये नहीं हटाए गए हैं। अब औपचारिकताएँ पूरी हो गई हैं, और जल्दी ही हटाने का आदेश जारी कर दिए जाएँगे। पेड़ों की कीमत लग चुकी है, और इसे काटने के लिए जल्दी ही टेंडर निकाले जाएँगे। उन्होंने बताया कि 40% लोगों ने अभी तक मुआवजा नहीं लिया है।

Company ka thekedar isko 2025 me pura karna chahta hai, lekin jab tak use zameen clear nahi milegi, tab tak woh kaise kaam karega. Track ke beech me ek bagicha bhi aa raha hai. Is bagiche me phaldaar ped khade hain. Kuchh logon ne paisa bhi le liya hai, lekin abhi tak apne kabze nahi hataaye hain. Project dekh rahe OSD Subhash Saklani ne bataya ki kuchh logon ne structure ki formalitiyaan samay par nahi ki, jiske karan abhi tak yeh nahi hataaye gaye hain. Ab formalitiyaan puri ho gayi hain, aur jaldi hi hataane ka aadesh jaari kar diye jayenge. Pedon ki kimat lag chuki hai, aur ise kaatne ke liye jaldi hi tender nikale jayenge. Unhone bataya ki 40% logon ne abhi tak muawaja nahi liya hai.
