The KAVACH 4.0 system was first installed in 2020 on the Sawai Madhopur-Kota section (108 kilometers). It features an over-speed alarm, automatic brakes for exceeding speed limits, and an interlock system that transmits signal information directly to the engine via radio waves, allowing for faster signal reading at high speeds.
