internal disciplinary committee of the railway investigated the matter and recommended his transfer, which was upheld by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). Kumar challenged the CAT decision in the High Court, arguing that his transfer was due to his role in the Railway Disabled Association and his use of the Right to Information Act.
