numerous attempts to bring their demands to the attention of the Railway Board, only assurances and promises have been received. Feeling compelled, the association filed a case in the Labour Enforcement Court. The Railway Board officers, upon learning about this, again promised to consider the pending demands, but no positive action has been taken. The hunger strike was conducted to express their dissatisfaction with the lack of action. The station masters will continue wearing badges highlighting their pending demands while carrying out their duties. Their key demands include implementation of MACP since 2016, payment of night duty allowance to all employees, especially station masters, in L-8 and L-9, and other related issues. The protest will continue until their demands are met.

Apni demands Railway Board ke officers ke pass reach karane ke kai attempts ke baad, sirf assurances aur promises mile hain. Isse majboor hokar, association ne Labour Enforcement Court me case file kiya. Railway Board ke officers ne, iske baare me jaan kar, phir se pending demands ko consider karne ka promise kiya, par koi positive action nahi liya. Bhookh hartaal, is action ki kami ke liye, unka dissatisfaction show karne ke liye kiya gaya. Station masters apne pending demands ko highlight karne wale badge laga kar, apne kaam karte rahenge. Unki main demands me 2016 se MACP implement karna, L-8 aur L-9 me sabhi employees, especially station masters ko night duty allowance dena, aur doosre related issues hain. Jab tak unki demands puri nahi ho jaati, tab tak protest continue rahega.
