apprehended by Rocky's wife, Dasmat Kalindi, on Saturday morning near the Kandra railway station. She caught him, beat him up, and handed him over to the Kandra police. The Kandra police then informed the Aditya Pur police, who formally arrested him. Prior to this, Rajesh Gop and Sadan Gop, other suspects in the case, were arrested and sent to judicial custody. Rocky, his wife, and their son were returning from a family event in Hazaribagh when Dasmat Kalindi spotted Ravi Mandal at the Kandra station. She immediately recognized him and apprehended him.

3-4 years, needs better training for loco pilots, who are still unfamiliar with the regulations and operation. Training, though offered, is disparate and not standardized for each team member. The automated block signal system, fully computerized, operates with an advanced starter signal 1.5 kilometers from the station yard, alerting the station master upon a train's entry. This system also provides information about technical issues to trains following behind. The system is deployed on the South Eastern Railway zone between Howrah and Kharagpur (114 kilometers) and Chandil and Kandra-Sini (61 kilometers). While loco pilots have received training, consistent training is required for better understanding and safe operation.

Iske alawa, train ko chalane ke liye loco pilot, guard, aur station master zimmedar hote hain, aur in teenon ki training alag alag hai. Automatic block signal system, jo fully computerized hai, station yard se 1.5 kilometer pe advanced starter signal lagaaya gaya hai, jisse station master ko train ke station yard mein aane ki jaankari milti hai. Yeh system aage chal rahi train ko technical issues ki bhi jaankari deta hai. Yeh system South Eastern Railway zone mein Howrah aur Kharagpur (114 kilometers) aur Chandil aur Kandra-Sini (61 kilometers) ke beech laga hai. Loco pilots ko training mil chuki hai, lekin is system ko behtar samajhne ke liye, lagatar training ki jarurat hai.
