Bilaspur. They pulled the chain multiple times, holding up the train for an hour in Bilaspur. Their issue was that they had booked seats together in AC-3 but were allotted different coaches. After multiple complaints and assurances, they were finally appeased with a promise of being placed in the same coach for the rest of their journey.

kar train ko Bilaspur mein ek ghanta rok diya. Unki problem yeh thi ki unhone AC-3 mein saath mein berth book ki thi, lekin unhe alag-alag coach mein berth mil gayi. Bahut complain aur assurance ke baad, unhe baaki journey mein ek hi coach mein berth dene ka vaada karke shant kiya gaya.

Madurai. Furthermore, the SECR has extended the route of the Durg-Chhapra and Durg-Patna summer specials to reach Gondia, providing direct connectivity to key cities in North India and Maharashtra. This extension also benefits residents of Durg, Rajnandgaon, and Dongargarh in Chhattisgarh, offering them an additional train service for travel to Gondia. Additionally, the SECR has introduced a special summer train service operating nine trips between Bilaspur and Yesvantpur starting from April 30th. This train provides an additional travel option for residents of Bilaspur, Bhatapara, Raipur, Durg, Rajnandgaon, Dongargarh, and Gondia heading towards South India. The SECR is also planning to operate 48 more special trains in May to ease the expected passenger rush during the summer holidays. The railway administration is prepared to further expand these services as needed, ensuring additional convenience for passengers during the summer vacation period.
