Sindri Hurl cargo terminal se 84 wagon loading ka lakshya hai, jisse average 5000 ton urea har din desh ke hisson mein bheja jaayega. PM Sindri ke alawa, Ramgarh aur Shaktinagar mein bhi Gatishakti terminal ka udghatan karenge. 12 March ko Navalshahi, Rjhaura, Sidhwar aur Billi mein goods shed, Patratu-Sonnagar third line aur Ramna-Singrauli doubling ka bhi udghatan hoga.
