The final location survey for the Ambikapur-Renukut section is already complete, and the Ministry of Railways has allocated ₹4.5 crore for the Korba-Ambikapur section. The new line will also benefit passenger transportation, potentially extending the reach of existing long-distance trains currently operating from Korba to destinations like Amritsar, Thiruvananthapuram, Visakhapatnam, and Bengaluru. The new railway line will enhance the transportation of coal and bauxite, contributing to the overall economic development of the region. Currently, over 20 active coal mines operate in the region, with more proposed in the future. Is nayi line se passenger transportation bhi improve hoga, aur Korba se chalu long-distance trains ka reach Ambikapur tak badh jaayega. Ye rail line coal aur bauxite transport ke liye bhi bahut faydemand hogi, aur isse region ka economic development badhega. Is region mein 20 se zyada coal mines active hain, aur aane wale time mein aur bhi naye mines shuru hone wale hain.
