Other section like Angul-Talcher-Sambalpur, Jharsuguda-Sambalpur-Titlagarh has completed the electrification & trains are also running with e-locos, Only Raipur-Titlagarh section is running with diesel locos

As the electrification between RAIPUR-TITLAGARH section has completed, all the Express & passenger trains are now running with E-Locos. But still they have 20 minutes halt in RAIPUR station. Ideally trains should have only 10 minutes of halt which can reduce travel time , trains like :
12807/12808 : Samata SF express
22847/22848 : Visakhapatnam - Mumbai LTT SF Express (via Nagpur)
12843/12844 :
...
Puri - Ahmedabad SF Express ( via Brahmapur ) (PT)
18405/18406 : Puri - Ahmedabad Express ( via Sambalpur ) (PT)
22827/22828 : Puri - Surat weekly Superfast Express
12145/12146 : Mumbai LTT - Puri Superfast Express (via Titlagarh) (PT)
18421/18422 : Puri - Ajmer Express (PT)
18407/18408 : Puri - Sainagar Shirdi Express (PT)
12994/12993 : Puri - Gandhidham Weekly SF Express (via Bhubaneswar) (PT)
22974/22973 : Puri - Gandhidham Weekly SF Express (via Vizianagaram)
Also trains should get speed up between RAIPUR- TITLAGARH- VIZINAGARAM & TITLAGARH- SAMBALPUR- PURI SECTION so that they can take less travel time ...….//
