Additionally, the Malhour, Manaknagar, and Mohanlalganj stations will be upgraded. This initiative will also see the introduction of new trains, increased train stoppages, and improved passenger amenities. These inaugurations will be conducted virtually through a video conferencing event on Monday. The project includes the revamp of 24 stations and 41 overbridges/underpasses in the Lucknow Division of North Railway. The total expenditure on these projects is estimated to be INR 1872 crore. This includes three Amrit Railway Stations in Lucknow. The Malhour, Manaknagar, and Mohanlalganj stations will be upgraded at a cost of INR 66.49 crore, while INR 367 crore will be spent on constructing underpasses and overbridges at 15 railway crossings.
