A halt is much needed at Rajendra Nagar/Rau for this train. Many daily travelers, students and outsiders reside in Rajendra Nagar. From Rau, IIM Indore and Pithampur are very close, which will give more patronage.
As per today's dainik bhaskar(24th Dec 2020), Rau-Tihi section is about to be electrified. Goods train running on this section(CONCOR depot at Tihi) will run using e-locos from 1st January 2021
