नई बीजी लाइन मऊ-गाजीपुर ताड़ीघाट का निर्माण आरवीएनएल पीआईयू -1/ वाराणसी द्वारा किया जा रहा है, लेकिन इस परियोजना के तहत; मऊ जंक्शन पर इस इकाई द्वारा कोई नया प्लेटफार्म नहीं बनाया जा रहा है।

नई रेल परियोजना के अंतर्गत वर्तमान में गाज़ीपुर से ताड़ीघाट के लाइन का नक्सा एप्रूव्ड हो गया है गाजीपुर-ताड़ीघाट नई रेल परियोजना के अंतर्गत
मऊ -गाज़ीपुर का नक्शा अभी रेल विभाग द्वारा एप्रूव्ड नहीं हुआ है तथा एप्रूव्ड होने पर इसी दर से पैसा जमा करके प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।
