He's been pushing for a direct train service from Tata to Buxar ASAP. Been putting in work on this for years now. Also laid out another proposal for the Railway Minister about Buxar during the meeting. If there are technical issues with a direct rail service to Buxar, he suggested starting a new train service from Tata passing through Gaya, Dehri - on - Sone, Mughalsarai, Buxar, and Ara all the way to Danapur. This would not only fix up all the technical glitches at Buxar station, but also provide extra convenience to people from adjoining districts in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. The Railway Minister mentioned that it's a point worth considering and asked officials present to look into it. The Railway Minister's Secretary Ved Prakash pitched another idea suggesting extending the train from Ranchi to Ara, and the Minister advised taking this seriously and ensuring a direct rail service to Buxar starts promptly. The Minister assured that all officials would receive appropriate guidance on this matter. Additionally, there was a request to restart the Tata - Jammu Tawi, Tata Alleppey, and a new superfast train service from Tata to Bangalore. During the discussion, he reiterated his old demands for stopping the Hatiya - Howrah Express at Chakulia station and the Utkal Express at Rourkela station. Also brought up demands for Tata - Jaipur and Tata - Bhagalpur train services. At the end of the meeting, he highlighted the stalled work on the Chakulia - Buramara railway line in the Jharkhand region and urged for it to be resumed. He informed the Minister that land acquisition work in the Jharkhand region for the Chakulia - Buramara railway line is pending, thus delaying progress. He urged the Railway Minister for discussions with the state government to expedite this process. The Minister expressed hope and said they would correspond with the state government on this matter.
