Vishal was on the railway track while using his phone and was hit by a train. The railway authorities reported that his family mentioned he was mentally disturbed due to debt. The driver of the Sindri Passenger reported the body to the railway authorities, leading to the arrival of the RPF. The Baliapur police conducted a panchnama and sent the body for post-mortem. The cremation was conducted at Chiragoda crematorium after the post-mortem. Vishal had a love marriage with Riya from Damodarpur three years ago. He had been living with his wife in a flat on the Baliapur bypass road for four months. He had a two-year-old son and had celebrated his son's second birthday six days prior to the incident. He was the elder of two brothers, with his younger brother assisting his father in running a restaurant. His uncle, Kishor, also owns a restaurant in Park Market. The family is reported to be financially well-off and is in shock following the incident.

Sindri Passenger ke chalak ne railway line ke kinare shav pade hone ki soochna railway ko di thi. Iske baad RPF mauke par pahuchi. Baliapur police mauke par pahunch kar panchnama kar shav postmortem ke liye bhej diya. Wahi postmortem ke baad parijanon ne Chiragoda shmashanghat mein daah sanskar kar diya. Vishal Anand ke baare mein bataya ja raha hai ki usne Damodarpur ki rehne wali Riya se prem vivah kiya tha. Chaar mah se woh Baliapur bypass road mein sthit flat mein patni ke saath rah raha tha. Do saal ka putra bhi hai. Chhe din pehle hi usne bete ka dusra janmdin kaafi dhoomdham se manaya tha. Marne wala do bhaiyon mein bada tha. Chhota bhai pita ke saath restaurant ka kaam sambhalta hai. Chacha Kishor ki bhi park market mein restaurant hai. Ghatna ke baad se parivar ke log sadme hain. Parijan arthik roop se sampann bataaye ja rahe hain.

the Dokra Block Halt up line. According to eyewitnesses, Vishal Anand arrived at Dokra Block Halt in a white I-20 car and jumped in front of the approaching Dhanbad-Sindri passenger train. His body was dismembered, and he died instantly. It is reported that Vishal Anand was a cement businessman and had a wife and a one-and-a-half-year-old son. His wife Ria Mandal and other family members are devastated by the incident. The GRP has taken possession of the body and sent it to SNMMCH for postmortem. The reason behind his suicide is currently under investigation.

Uska body bahut saare tukdo me bann gaya aur wahi pe uski maut ho gayi. Vishal Anand ek cement businessman tha aur uski wife aur ek dedh saal ka beta bhi tha. Uski wife Ria Mandal aur family members bahut dukh me hain. GRP ne uske body ko kabza me leke postmortem ke liye SNMMCH bhej diya. Uske suicide ka reason abhi tak pata nahi chala hai.
