New Delhi • Kodikunnil Suresh MP has announced that the Railway Minister has given assurance for Punalur Ernakulam MEMU service.

Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that the incident in which 2 women passengers fainted due to crowding in the Venad Express is very serious and that precautions will be taken to prevent such incidents from happening again.

IMO, the evening QLN PUU MEMU can return as PUU ERS MEMU via QLN, KTYM in the morning with a reversal at QLN and increasing the coaches.

Northern Railway has notified changes in timings/stoppage of Train No. 22613 Rameswaram (Ramanathapuram) - Ayodhya Cantt Superfast Express journey commencing on 29.09.2024 (during Block Non Interlocking/Non Interlocking period from 23rd September to 05th October, 2024) as detailed below:
