Mangari market. After crossing a passenger train in front of Kakarhia Baba, she was crossing the tracks when a second train on the down line struck her. Vandana's husband, Abhishek Singh, works for a private company outside the village. The couple has three children. Family members on the scene stated Vandana had hearing impairment, which might have prevented her from hearing the approaching train.
