In his letter to Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, the MP mentioned that INR 1260 crore was sanctioned in 2017-18 for laying a new railway line from Robertsganj to PDD Upadhyaya Junction via Madhupur, Sukrit and Ahraura. However, the funds haven't been allocated yet. The survey work for the new rail line passing through Ahraura Bazar near Mahuli Chowraha has been completed. The people of the Ahraura region are demanding the construction of this new rail line. The MP also highlighted that the Triveni Express running through his constituency skips several stations in the tribal region between Anpara and Obra, causing inconvenience to passengers. The train doesn't stop at stations like Fafrakund, Mangardaha, Khuldil Road, and Mirchadhuri, although it used to stop at all these stations earlier. He requested the railway authorities to reinstate halts at these stations. Additionally, he urged the railways to increase the number of general bogies in all trains to improve accessibility for the poor and to make the Ranchi-Rajdhani Express a daily train. He also suggested that the train should stop at Sonbhadra station while passing through the district headquarters. He proposed extending the Shiv Ganga Express to Sonbhadra. Due to non-interlocking work in the Moradabad Division, the Triveni Express will run on a modified route between 14th and 16th August. Train number 15074 (Tanakpur-Singrauli Triveni Express) will operate via Pilibhit, Bisalpur, and Shahjahanpur on 14th and 16th August. Similarly, train number 15076 (Tanakpur-Shaktinagar Triveni Express) will run on the modified route on 15th August. Train number 15073 (Singrauli-Tanakpur Triveni Express) will be operating on the modified route on 13th and 15th August, while train number 15075 (Shaktinagar-Tanakpur Triveni Express) will run on the modified route on 14th August. For these dates, halts at Izzatnagar, Bareilly City, Bareilly, and Bilpur stations have been temporarily removed.

Unhone request ki hai ki pehle ki tarah in sab stations pe halt hona chahiye. Unhone yeh bhi kaha ki har train mein general bogies badhaye jaaye, taki gareebon ko aane-jane mein aasaan ho. Unhone Ranchi-Rajdhani Express ko daily train banane, aur Sonbhadra ke district headquarter pe aate jaate waqt train ka halt karane ki bhi request ki hai. Unhone Shiv Ganga Express ko Sonbhadra tak extend karne ki bhi demand ki hai. Moradabad Division mein non-interlocking work ki wajah se 14th aur 16th August ke beech trains ke chalane mein change kiya gaya hai. A new alternative line is under construction for the DC line, starting from Gaya police outer in Dhanbad and reaching Telo via Matari, which will help eliminate the need to change engines at Gomoh for trains going to Chandrapura. To increase train speed, thick-web switches have been installed at eight locations, enabling trains to run at 160 km/h. These locations are Khalari, Barkakana, Bhandaridih, Chopan, Mirchadhuri, Phusro, Rey, and Ranaghat stations. In anticipation of the upcoming Shravani Mela, the Dhanbad Rail Division has requested a special train from Dhanbad to Sultanagunj. A request for a train for Chhath has also been submitted, including a special train from Dhanbad to Sitamarhi and Gorakhpur.

A foot over bridge at Shaktinagar station will be extended by 60 meters to address the needs of displaced residents. The meeting also saw a proposal for a train running from Jamshedpur-Ranchi via Renukut-Chopan-Lucknow to Ayodhya, which has been forwarded to the Railway Board. The construction of a washing line/pit line at Chopan Railway Station has been completed, and the decision to inaugurate it and commence the construction of a sick line was also taken. The proposal to extend the route of the Singrauli-Nizamuddin and Singrauli-Bhopal express trains to Chopan has been sent to the Railway Board by the zonal railway. Meeting mein Jamshedpur-Ranchi se via Renukut-Chopan-Lucknow hoke Ayodhya tak train chalane ka proposal bhi aaya, jisko Railway Board ko bhej diya gaya hai. Chopan Railway Station pe washing line/pit line ban kar ready ho gayi hai, aur ise inaugurate karne aur sick line ka construction shuru karne ka decision bhi liya gaya. Singrauli-Nizamuddin aur Singrauli-Bhopal express trains ka route Chopan tak extend karne ka proposal zonal railway ne Railway Board ko bhej diya hai. Meeting mein Chunar-Barwadih passenger train ko jaldi start karne ki demand bhi rakhhi gayi.

Key decisions included: completing the doubling of the rail line from Singrauli to Ramna by March 2024, extending the Chopan-Ranchi railway train to Singrauli/Shaktinagar, completing the construction of an underbridge (LHS) near Mirchadhuri railway station in the next financial year, and increasing the length of the foot overbridge at Shaktinagar railway station by 60 meters. A proposal to run a train from Jamshedpur-Ranchi via Renukut-Chopan-Lucknow to Ayodhya was also made, and the railway board assured it would be forwarded. Construction of a washing line/pit line at Chopan railway station is complete, and the inauguration and construction of a sick line were approved to begin soon. The zonal railway has sent a proposal to the Railway Board, Ministry of Railways, to extend the Singrauli-Nizamuddin and Singrauli-Bhopal express trains to Chopan. The demand for the early operation of the Chunar-Barwadih passenger was also raised. The meeting was attended by Anil Kumar Khandelwal, General Manager of East Central Railway, Kamal Kishore Sinha, Divisional Railway Manager of Dhanbad Railway Division, department heads of the zonal railway, and MPs' representatives from other states.
