Earlier, in August, the Municipal Commissioner had sent a letter to the DRM of the Sonpur Rail Division, through the DM, accusing the construction agency of blocking a drainage channel. Following this, a joint team of the Municipal Corporation, RLDA, and the construction agency inspected the site. This has created tension between the Municipal Corporation and the RLDA. After the meeting with the DM, the Senior DCM visited the office of a fertilizer company in Bela. He held a meeting with the unit head, T.K. Singh, to discuss the company's loading and unloading procedures. Since June 17th, fertilizer has been transported by rail from the Narayanpur Anant Goods Shed.

This new train is being introduced due to the high demand and overcrowding on the existing Saptkranti Clone Express. The new train will stop at Muzaffarpur, Hajipur, Sonpur, Patliputra, Danapur New West Cabin, Prayagraj, Govindpuri, and Anand Vihar. In addition, the East Central Railway is investing 147 crore rupees to develop new freight terminals in Muzaffarpur, Samastipur, and Barauni to improve logistics services and increase trade opportunities. These terminals will speed up loading and unloading processes, saving both time and money, and create new employment opportunities for local residents.
