This project, long advocated for by Mahavir Dalmiya, President of the Daily Rail Passenger and Public Welfare Association and Member of the Railway Consumer Advisory Committee Bikaner, will significantly benefit rail passengers in the region. The doubling of the 31.50 km rail line between Manheru and Bawani Khera, costing approximately ₹400 crore, and the 42.30 km line between Bhiwani and Dobh-Bhali, costing ₹470 crore, will reduce delays and improve travel for the public. Dalmiya expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, and Bhiwani-Mahendragarh Lok Sabha MP Dharmbir Singh for their support.

Manheru aur Bawani Khera ke beech 31.50 km rail line ka doubling, jo lagbhag ₹400 crore ka hai, aur Bhiwani aur Dobh-Bhali ke beech 42.30 km line, jo ₹470 crore ka hai, yeh dono project train ki der se aane ki problem ko kam karenge aur aam logon ki travel ko aasaan banaayenge. Grover. The train was welcomed upon arrival in Hansi by MLA Vinod Bhayana, his supporters, and BJP leaders. A total of 17 tickets were sold for the inaugural trip, with 5 passengers traveling to Rohtak and 12 to Mahm, generating a total revenue of Rs. 585. The train will run twice daily on this new line starting Saturday, with train number 04489 departing Rohtak at 9:45 AM and arriving in Hansi at 11:20 AM. The same train will depart Hansi at 11:50 AM and arrive in Rohtak at 1:30 PM. Additionally, train number 04487 will depart Rohtak at 10:30 PM and reach Hansi at 12:10 AM, returning to Rohtak at 12:50 AM and arriving at 2:30 AM. This train will consist of 16 DEMU coaches.

Train number 04489 subah 9:45 AM par Rohtak se chali aur 11:20 AM par Hansi pahunchi. Yhi train 11:50 AM par Hansi se chali aur dopahar 1:30 PM par Rohtak pahunchi. Iske alava, train number 04487 raat 10:30 PM par Rohtak se chali aur 12:10 AM par Hansi pahunchi, aur raat 12:50 AM par chali aur 2:30 AM par Rohtak pahunchi. Yeh train 16 DEMU coaches se bani hai.
