The first phase, covering 66 km between Ahmednagar and Ashti, was inaugurated on September 23, 2022, but low ridership led to its closure within eight months. The entire Ahmednagar-Beed-Parli line is expected to be operational by January 2025, with the 30 km stretch from Egaonwadi to Beed slated to be operational on May 26th, 2024. The railway line is expected to boost connectivity between Marathwada and cities like Pune and Mumbai, facilitating the transportation of agricultural produce.

Pehla phase, jisme 66 km Ahmednagar aur Ashti ke beech hai, 23 September 2022 ko inaugurate kiya gaya tha, lekin kam ridership ki wajah se yeh aath mahine mein hi bandh ho gaya tha. Pura Ahmednagar-Beed-Parli line January 2025 tak operational hone ki ummid hai, jisme se Egaonwadi se Beed tak 30 km ka stretch 26 May 2024 ko operational hone wala hai. Yeh railway line Marathwada ko Pune aur Mumbai jaise shaharon se connect karega, jisse kheti ki fasal ko aasani se transport kiya ja sakega.
