Finally Rampurhat - Dumka Section Is Fully Electrified!
Here's The Video Of CRS Inspection That Was Done Between Dumka And Harinsingh Stations Of Bhagalpur - Rampurhat Section Yesterday. HWH WAP 7 37456 Was The Loco Incharge of High Speed Inspection While HWH WDM 3D 11403 (which can be seen at the rear end in video) hauled the inspiration Rake earlier in the morning.
Inspection Of Rampurhat - Harinsingh Was Done In Last phase Of 2020. Only Bhagalpur Dumka Section Is Left To Be Electrified Now And It Should Be Completed This...

It is said to be so called because the eye ball (tara) of Sati fell here. Others say that Tarapith is not a pith but the place owes its sanctity to the fact that the Sage Basistha here worshipped the Goddes Sati in the form of Tara. The Kamakhya Temple in western part of Guwahati city in Assam is also one of the oldest of the Shakti Peethams.
