If yes, then are there any plans to divert trains using this bypass

most probably for STEEL SF Exp. captured 12-04-2018 this rake still lying idle at Marauda, seen on Bhanupratappur DURG inaugural day.

Note- As per CDO, Durg only CGSK will get LHB at present, Durg Jat will remain in ICF till second rake receiving.
