train. Railway personnel alerted the MEMU driver, who stopped the train after crossing the home signal. The MEMU driver and guard have been suspended pending an investigation. The MEMU departed Dhanbad at 2:25 PM, while the goods train originated from Sindri. The goods train was supposed to travel from Rakshitpur to Pradhankhunta and then onto the Dhanbad-Howrah main line. The incident caused a stir within the railway department, with senior officials ordering the MEMU driver and guard to be relieved at Rakshitpur and their subsequent suspension. The driver and guard, both belonging to the Adra Railway Division under the South Eastern Railway, are subject to medical examinations and other procedures. Major charge sheets have been issued against them. The Dhanbad railway division has notified the Adra Railway Division about the incident.

MEMU Dhanbad se 2:25 PM pe chali thi aur goods train Sindri se chali thi. Goods train ko Rakshitpur se Pradhankhunta aur fir Dhanbad-Howrah main line pe jana tha. Is incident se railway department mein hullabaloo mac gaya aur senior officials ne MEMU driver aur guard ko Rakshitpur pe utar diya aur suspend kar diya. Driver aur guard dono Adra Railway Division ke hai, jo South Eastern Railway ke under hai. Unki medical check-up aur other procedures shuru ho gaye hai. Unke khilaf major charge sheet issue ki gayi hai. Dhanbad railway division ne Adra Railway Division ko is incident ke baare mein bataya hai.

According to a RTI with ECR: The rake reversal at Patherdih due to no alternative way. The new line is under construction between Raketipur to Patherdih. After completion of this line rake reversal will be discontinue.
