Prayagraj Junction pe empty train rakes ko rakhne ke liye jagah kam hai, isliye unhe chhote stations ki loop line mein rakhenge, jaise ki Karachna, Bhirpur, Meja Road, Manda Road, Bamrauli, Manauri, Bharwari, Sirathu, Manohargunj, aur Syed Saranwa. Normal mein MEMU trains mein 8 coaches hote hain, lekin Maha Kumbh ke time pe zyadatar 16 coaches wali hi rahenge.

The Chauri Chaura Express was traveling from Gorakhpur to Kanpur and was near Bharwari station at 9:20 am when smoke started coming out of one coach. Passengers panicked and jumped out of the train. Smoke also filled two sleeper coaches adjacent to the Din Dayal coach, causing further panic. The loco pilot informed the technical team and the Bharwari station master. RPF and railway staff brought the fire under control using switch fire. The fire was reportedly caused by jammed disc brakes. The train departed for its destination at 10:10 am, 50 minutes after the fire was extinguished. The incident occurred due to excessive heat causing the brakes to bind while the train was stopped at Bharwari station, resulting in smoke. No other trains were affected and rail traffic remained normal.

Gorakhpur se Kanpur jaane wali Chauri Chaura Express Wednesday subah nau bajkar bees minute par Bharwari station ke paas pahunchi, tab general coach ki ek bogi mein achanak dhuwan bharne laga. Passengers bhagdar mach gaye aur train se kud kar bhaagne lage. Din Dayal coach ke saath lage do sleeper coaches mein bhi dhuwan bharne laga, jisse passengers mein afratafari mach gai. Loco pilot ne technical team aur Bharwari station master ko inform kiya. RPF aur railway staff ne switch fire se aag par kaabu paaya. Disc brakes ke jam hone ki wajah se aag lag gai thi. 50 minutes baad, train ko apne destination ke liye rawana kiya gaya.
