Uska beta Vikas apne papa ke saath police station gaya, lekin police ne Vikas ko vapas bhej diya aur kaha ki woh Kapil ko questioning ke baad release karenge. Jab Vikas baad mein vapas gaya, police ne Kapil ko release karne se mana kar diya aur use vapas station bhej diya. Kapil kabhi ghar vapas nahi aaya. Agle din subah, uska body Vishwanathpuri station ke paas railway track par mila. Kapil ka beta Rakesh keh raha hai ki uske papa ko police ne questioning ke liye bulaaya tha aur woh vapas nahi aaye.
